North America Bird Sound ID Game

Hi there! I'm so excited to share with you my fully customizable bird sound ID game!

I originally created this game to learn the bird sounds of North America. I played through all of Bird Song Hero (from the Cornell website) and did not want to rely on spectrograms anymore. I also found Larkwire, but didn't have the money to spend on their game.

Thus, the concept of this game was born. I wanted something flexible, so that I could choose what sounds to focus on. I wanted a game that US birders of all regions could relate to.

This is literally my first HTML game. My first big coding project. Everything looks very 2000's. I imagine I will be making changes to the code here and there as I learn more about front-end developing, if I have spare time.

But for now, please enjoy! And please leave me feedback about any problems you experience, any species you would like to add, any presets you would like to change, problems with audio... I would love to hear from you.
